AptarGroup Charitable Foundation Scholarship

The AptarGroup Charitable Foundation Scholarship was established in 2015. The criteria includes that the applicant: must be pursuing a degree in science, technology, engineering, or math (STEM); must demonstrate financial need as determined by the FAFSA; must be enrolled as a full-time student and have achieved sophomore status; must have a 3.0 GPA and provide proof of GPA; and must provide a 150-200 word essay outlining their personal and career goals. During the 2016 Spring Semester, the award was given to Ms. Jocelyn Zambrano. In May of 2016, Ms. Julie Tampa and Mr. Matt DellaMaria of the AptarGroup Charitable Foundation visited MCC to meet their scholarship recipient. Jocelyn will transfer to Northern Illinois University this fall to study science
