Job Title: Computer Lab and IT Assistant

Job Description:

**THIS IS A STUDENT EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY - YOU MUST BE CURRENTLY ENROLLED AS AN MCC STUDENT TO QUALIFY***  Students must remain enrolled and have a 2.0 GPA to maintain eligibility for the work-study program. Any pending conduct cases may prevent you from being eligible for the work-study program.  If you are unsure of your federal eligibility please email cgray@mchenry.edu.

The IT Department is looking for a student to work as a Computer Lab Assistant during the hours of 10am-2pm Tuesday through Thursday. 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:   

Requirements:

Customer service oriented, follow multi-step directions, work independently, basic computer operation knowledge (such as internet browsing, word processing, printing, copy/paste, etc.) Preference given to applicants with more customer service or technology experience.

Learning Objectives:

Experience in this position would be good entry-level work experience for a student pursuing a degree in technology, such as computer information systems, digital media systems, as well as other service oriented fields.
