Job Requirements

Hold a high school diploma or equivalent. Enrolled in a college credit or degree program.  Good communication skills in both speaking and writing. Multi-lingual a plus and comfortable with technology.   Must be friendly, caring, with willingness to learn and take directions.  Help students visiting the Testing Center with electronic check-in, perform proctoring tasks, and answer stakeholder inquiries regarding our services as well as other duties as assigned.  Student hired for position will be evaluated after 4 weeks. Customer Service oriented.  Can follow multi-step directions, work independently, and timely.  Preference given to customer service experience. Confidentiality is a must; a signed confidentiality agreement is required.   Honest, trustworthy, and a reference letter is a plus.  Microsoft 2013 experience is a plus.  Preference given to previous work-study experience, but not required.
