About Business Management AAS

MCC's Business Management AAS combines business, management, accounting and marketing courses. Prepare for entry-level and mid-level management positions as you learn how to read a balance sheet, the legal implications of contracts and the roles played by managers in business today. Courses involve discussion, case studies, business simulations, and application-based projects that prepare you to enter the workforce in virtually any business.

Already a manager? The program can also help those already in management positions fine tune their skills and become more effective in decision making, problem solving and human relations – three vital areas for business managers.

This program is designed to be stackable. You can accumulate a sequence of certificates over time to build on your qualifications and to help you to advance along a career path. Credits from your Business Management Principles Certificate and Organizational Leadership Certificate apply towards your Business Management AAS.

Semesters to complete assumes students are taking a full-time credit load of 12 credits per semester (the minimum required for federal financial aid).
