This is an entry-level supervision certification providing you with the training to supervise employees in roles such as team leader or first-line supervisor. This certificate would really benefit someone taking the first steps into management of people.
As part of the Fast Track program, the manufacturing supervision courses are arranged in a sequence that provides optimal learning opportunities. Fast Track staff will assist you in registering for the integrated program sequence.
Note: This program requires you to have industry experience. The combination of certification and your experience makes you eligible for jobs.
