We welcome your questions! A Student Navigator will identify your needs and provide the appropriate resource or referral to help you with your questions and/or concerns.
- What type of support can a Student Navigator provide?
Student Navigators are here to support you by connecting you to student services and resources, and refer to other areas/departments. We're also here to motivate, encourage, and guide you through a successful semester.
- Who should I connect with for course content questions?
Your instructor is your course content expert. Questions and/or concerns about assignments, quizzes/test, extensions, etc., will be referred to your instructor. Student Navigators can help by connecting you to accessible tutoring.
- What if I'm having trouble with and/or accessing Canvas or other course software?

If you're having trouble with course-related software, connect with your instructor as they will be the expert in utilizing course-related software.
- How do I connect with my Student Navigator?
A designated Student Navigator will be enrolled in your course. You can email your Student Navigator through Canvas by utilizing the People tab in your course. You can also directly email or call your Student Navigator using their contact information.
