The Big Wheel Club recognizes achievement in four barbell lifts. Qualifying weights for each lift are:

  • Press = 135 lbs for males, 75 lbs for females
  • Bench Press = 225 lbs for males, 105 lbs for females
  • Squat = 315 lbs for males, 150 lbs for females
  • Deadlift = 405 lbs for males, 185 lbs for females
